Founder
Deepak has over 28 years of experience in financial services, investing, fund/asset management. Prior to setting up Impact Capital, Deepak was the CIO of a multi-billion-dollar family office based in Singapore where his responsibilities included identifying and executing investment opportunities in the Real estate and Renewable Energy space. With a strong execution mindset, he is a strategic thinker with the rare ability to look at the big picture without missing out on the granular detailing. During his tenure, Deepak has been responsible for building many successful ventures in various geographies including India, Kazakhstan, Netherlands, Sri Lanka, and China. Deepak is very passionate about climate change and has been associated with mitigation efforts since early 2000. He was a methodology expert with the UNFCCC and was also a member of the first technical advisory committee of the CDM gold standard. Because of his varied education and experience, Deepak brings with him deep expertise in Corporate / Project and Carbon Finance. Deepak holds titles as a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and as a Cost Accountant from ICWAI. He has attained an MBA degree from INSEAD for his graduate studies.
Co-Founder
Atul has over 26 years of experience in equity research, fund management with strong track record. In the previous assignments Atul has managed money for one of the largest sovereign wealth funds, was a founding member of Asia Long short equity fund, portfolio manager for one of the largest asset managers in the world. During his tenure, Atul has shown keen business acumen of scaling up the funds management business from scratch. Atul has deep understanding of the capital markets in Asia and has developed deep connects in the corporate world including in the private markets, sovereign wealth funds, market intermediaries etc. Atul has done his masters in management studies from Mumbai University and holds a title of Bachelor of Technology from Indian Institute of Technology Banaras Hindu University.
Investor relationship
Anthony is an experienced Investment Professional with a demonstrated history of working in the investment management industry. Skilled in Corporate Finance and Deal Execution of cash flow generating assets and companies, he has a strong entrepreneurial mindset with general management experience in early ventures as well as in corporate settings across North America, Europe, and Asia. Industries with core experience include real estate, renewable energy, agriculture, and FinTech. Prior to ICAM, Anthony was heading the European investments of a multi-billion-dollar family office out of Amsterdam, Netherlands. Having founded an AgriTech startup thereafter, he witnessed first-hand the hardships that farmers face due to ongoing climate change. He aims to channel investors’ money wisely to make a positive impact for those that have contributed the least but suffer the most from climate change. Anthony has attained a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from INSEAD in Singapore/France.
Research
Siva oversees the quantitative and qualitative research functions at ICAM. Siva’s previous appointments include private banking experience where he was involved with new business development and providing research for managed portfolios. He graduated from Singapore Management University with a Masters in Economics and is a CFA charterholder.

Her experience ranges from NBFC, Automobile Industry, Real Estate, IT & software to Oil & Gas sector, and financial advisory. She also brings her rich experience in project finance and working capital expertise. Prior to ICAM, she led the accounting, audit and compliance process for Avista Advisory Partners. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant from India and holds a diploma in Information Systems Audit from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University. She is also a Certified Financial Planner.und tracking / reporting / accounting and investment analysis.
